Floor/Cargo Liners can only be refunded in case of a fitting or quality issue. Please note that any fitting or quality issue will need to verified by means of an image or video which will be requested by the support team.
If your floor/cargo liners don’t fit we will send you a replacement set. If the replacement set doesn’t fit either you will be issued a full refund by default.
In case of any quality issue we will send you a replacement set or offer a full refund. If the replacement set also isn’t up to our advertised standards you will be issued a full refund by default.
Terms and Conditions:
Choosing the wrong model or not being satisfied with a color chosen while placing the order doesn’t qualify as a valid reason for Return or refund. Damaging the mats while opening the package is also not covered by us.
Kindly note that if you don’t want a replacement mat (free of cost) you will have to ship the mats back to a local address to claim the refund. The shipping cost in this case only will be the expense of the customer.
Any issues with quality of the mats should be reported to the support team within 5 days of receiving the mats, any claims made later will not be entertained.
Order can be cancelled at any time before it is dispatched from our production unit. To avoid any issues please contact us regarding cancellation within the first 5 working days.
